Well the summer is almost over and we now have time to reflect on another successful summer. In addition to teaching at several wrestling camps and clinics this summer I was able to coach with my alma mater UNKon an overseas trip. We traveled to Paris France, Istanbul Turkey, and Varna Bulgaria. It was an amazing experience where we got to see some incredible places as well as train with some very high level wrestlers. We trained with the Turkish National Team for 2 days and that was my first time I have wrestled with an Olympic Champion-the Turks are always contenders at World and Olympic Championships.

Also I have continued to sponsor twin brothers and MMA fighters Joe and Jake Ellenberger. Both fighters are coming off recent victories and I cant wait to see whats in store for the future. Joe just won his 12th straight fight and Jake has a huge fight coming up Sept 17th against former UFC title challenger Jake Shields. Check out Ellenbegermma.com for more details on upcoming fights.

As the summer is coming to an end and the fall is upon us we are all starting to look forward to this season. Now is the time to start to develop new techniques that you will need this season to reach your goals no matter if your goal is to win a State Championship or just make the varsity the Twister DVD can help you overcome even the toughest adversary!
